Zangiota District Specialized School, established in 2022 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP-106 on April 14, 2022, is a modern educational institution committed to academic excellence and holistic student development.

Academic Environment

The school provides high-quality education in a structured and innovative learning environment, connecting theoretical knowledge with practical learning. Particular attention is given to advanced subjects and specialized instruction. The school has modern laboratories for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, as well as three modern computer classrooms for Information Technology. Its library holds more than 1,000 publications and is equipped with computers for access to the electronic library.

Leadership and Hours

Principal Y. Mirzaxmedova leads the school. Vice Principal for Academic and Educational Affairs Sh. Choriyev coordinates teaching and educational work, while Vice Principal for Spiritual and Educational Affairs M. Choriyeva coordinates the school’s spiritual and educational programme.
The student-support team includes School Counselor Sh. Raxmonov and psychologist D. Sodiqova. They support student wellbeing, adjustment to the school environment, and personal development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Campus and Sustainability

With a dedicated team of educators and staff, the school fosters a disciplined, supportive, and intellectually stimulating atmosphere. The campus is designed to provide comfort and functionality, ensuring essential facilities such as clean drinking water, well-maintained classrooms, and a safe learning environment. In addition, solar panels supply clean, renewable energy, supporting a sustainable and eco-friendly campus.

Student Development

Beyond academics, the school actively promotes students’ personal growth through a variety of extracurricular activities, including academic competitions, creative programs, and intellectual events, helping shape well-rounded, responsible, and forward-thinking individuals.

Academic Tracks

The school offers two academic tracks: the Exact Sciences track for Grades 5-11 and the Natural Sciences track for Grades 7-11.

Clubs and Achievements

Students participate in chess and sports clubs and actively take part in academic Olympiads and competitions. The school’s students won first place at the republican stage of the annual “Turon yoʻlbarslari” military-sports competition. “Turon yoʻlbarslari” is a nationwide traditional competition for young people in Uzbekistan. It promotes patriotism, national values, and interest in military careers, and is organized jointly by the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions, the Ministry of Defence, and the National Guard.
