The safety and well-being of students, teachers, and staff is the highest priority of our school. In any emergency, act calmly, quickly, and responsibly.

General procedures

  • Remain calm and listen carefully to instructions from teachers or staff.
  • Follow the school’s evacuation or lockdown procedures immediately.
  • Do not use mobile phones unless necessary to contact emergency services.
  • Assemble only in designated safe areas.

Fire emergency

  • When the fire alarm sounds, stop all activities and leave the classroom in an orderly manner.
  • Do not use elevators.
  • Teachers must take attendance once outside.

Earthquake emergency

  • During shaking: drop, cover, and hold on.
  • Stay away from windows, heavy furniture, and shelves.
  • After shaking stops, evacuate calmly to the assembly area.

Medical emergency

  • Notify the nearest teacher or school nurse immediately.
  • Do not crowd the injured person.
  • First aid will be provided until professional help arrives.

Communication

  • Parents will be informed through official school channels such as phone, email, or announcements.
  • Do not spread unverified information.
